You go to bed completely exhausted, only to wake up and discover the next day starts before you’re ready.

It’s easy to feel trapped inside a life that somehow became your own.

And that, dear one, is where mindfulness comes in.

It calms you down. 

You breathe through the day, one moment at a time.  

You relax into what’s happening with a better understanding of how it’s landing and what you really need.

A truer way to translate being mindful is heartfulness:

Pausing to see what’s really going on.
Calming whatever feels chaotic.
Understanding your experience through the perspective of a kind observer.

And that heartful moment is at the core of everything I offer.
